DIE PRODUCTS

NAAT can provide a full range of complex automotive stamping die products for Advanced High Strength Steel and Aluminum alloy parts to our customers. We categorize the type of our die products into progressive, mechanical transfer, and hand transfer dies as well as part their parts finishes into Class A (exposed), Class B (semi-exposed) and Class C (structural body-in-white) parts. The typical size of our dies are between two to five meters long and require between 800T to 1600T tonnage for production.
